Redirected to Login Page When Starting Course on iPad

When trying to start a course such as from ClickSafety, you may be redirected to a login page that is outside of the Arcoro login page when using an iPad. This is generally due to a setting that limits the tracking of users as they navigate between websites on your web browser. While this can be useful for day-to-day activities to have some privacy while navigating the web, it can affect websites and services that use this tracking to provide you services.

As cross-site tracking settings can differ on different devices and web browsers, we have tried to provide the steps for the ones we commonly see.

Safari on iPad

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Safari.
3. Click Privacy & Security.
4. Disable "Prevent cross-site tracking"

Chrome on iPad

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Chrome.
3. Enable "Allow cross-website tracking"

Safari on Mac

1. Open Safari.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click Privacy.
4. Disable "Prevent cross-site tracking".
